PHEN has many books and videos available for loan. These resources may be borrowed by all PHEN members residing in Canada, and any resident of, or institution located in, Alberta. If shipped by regular post, library books and videos will be loaned free of charge for up to 3 weeks. (A shipping and handling charge will be applied if materials are couriered.) An individual or organization may borrow a maximum of 3 items at any given time.
