Dr. Laura Shanner, Associate Professor at the John Dossetor Health Ethics Centre, University of Alberta, has been awarded a five year CIHR/SSHRC/NHRDP Health Career Award -- Investigator Award. The title of her research is "Ethics, law and the policy of reproduction: promoting the health of women and children."
