In Touch was the membership newsletter that PHEN published from 1998 - 2004. The aim of In Touch was to create a forum where members of the Network can communicate and share ideas.

In 2004 PHEN began publishing the PHEN Communiqué, emailed to members on a monthly basis. Archived Communiqués from the past 6 months can be viewed here.
