Subsidies for Conference Participants
In recognition of the fact that the combined cost of travel, accommodation and registration fee may be prohibitive for some, PHEN, with the support of the Alberta Heritage Foundation for Medical Research, has a limited number of registration fee subsidies available for conference registrants.

Amount and Number of Awards
Each award will have a maximum value of $600. Up to 10 subsidies will be awarded.

Selection Criteria
Selection criteria include geographical representation from across Alberta, financial need, and involvement in health care resource allocation decisions.

Eligibility
Alberta residents working in the health care delivery system are eligible to apply.

Timing
The deadline for application for bursary is February 1, 2003. All applicants will be notified of the status of their application within one week of the application deadline.
