Return and Cancellation Policy

We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of goods from our web site. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund, please contact us by email at ecommerce@phen.ab.ca or by telephone at (780) 447-1180, within 21 days of shipment from our office. Goods must be returned in their original condition. Upon our receipt of returned goods, you will be credited with the amount you originally paid, less mailing & courier charges, unless we made an error in processing or shipping, in which case you will be credited for the full amount. If you cancel your order before the item has been shipped, you will receive a credit for the full amount.

Conferences and Courses

We accept cancellations of conference and course registrations anytime up to 3 weeks prior to the conference date, less a $25 administrative fee per registration cancelled. Name substitutions can be submitted at any time, with no administrative charge (although providing as much advance notice as as possible would be appreciated). To cancel your registration for a conference or to substitute a name, please contact us by email at ecommerce@phen.ab.ca, or by telephone at (780) 447-1180.

Membership

Membership registration in PHEN can be canceled at your request. However, we do not issue refunds for membership cancellations. To cancel your membership, please contact us by email at ecommerce@phen.ab.ca, or by telephone at (780) 447-1180.
