Shipping Policy

Shipping time indicated on the order page is an estimate and includes the time it takes for the order to leave our offices (usually 1-2 business days) plus the time to deliver the parcel from our offices to your door (varies depending on shipping method).

Shipping Methods and Time

We offer two methods of shipping - by regular mail (Canada Post) or by courier (Federal Express). The total estimated shipping time varies depending on your location (Canada, U.S., Other) and is shown when you choose your shipping method.

Shipping Cost

Your total shipping cost is automatically calculated and shown when you choose a shipping method. Costs are calculated using a base rate for each item (which varies depending on the weight of the item), plus an additional amount for each additional item ordered above a quantity of one.

Will All My Items Be Shipped Together?

In almost all circumstances, yes. In the rare event that we do not have the ordered items in stock, we will ship you what we do have in stock and will complete the remainder of your order once it becomes available, at no additional shipping cost to you.

For Shipping Outside Canada, Who Pays for Customs/Duties?

All costs related to customs and duties for shipments outside Canada are the responsibility of the customer.
